Well, it's official — it looks like cross-border data pilots are a go in Lingang.
What happened: Last Friday, Shanghai published comprehensive regulations for the Lingang Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ).
What got us excited: The regs include an entire chapter on Lingang’s planned cross-border data flow...
