House prices are stabilizing – slowly.
Per the stats bureau’s (NBS) monthly survey of home prices in 70 major cities, published Friday:
In October, average new home prices fell 0.51% m/m, the slowest rate of decline since March.
Notably, the price slump has slowed for two consecutive months.
