Land sales continue to look bleak.
On November 2, Cailianshe reported that the revenue raised by local governments from land sales during the first 10 months of 2022 was down 31.79% y/y.
Month-on-month, the picture was equally bleak:
The value of land sold in October was down 32.1% from September.
